It's always nice to work with someone to do something (like buying a new house) and come away from it with a great new friend. That was my experience working with Nick in my search for a new home. As a first-time home buyer, he was extremely patient and answered all of my questions (sometimes multiple times) and he always had my best interests at heart. He pointed out all things I should be aware of and kept me out of trouble in a a lot of ways. 2022 was very unique and crazy time to buy a home but Nick kept it real cool and simple - I really appreciated that. I'm really happy with the house we found together and getting ready for a housewarming soon and Nick's definitely invited!
